COMMUNICATIONS
Quotation and confirmation will be sent to you by fax, telephone or email. We will do our best respond quickly.

PAYMENTS
We request maximum 30% Deposit of the total tour cost at least 14 days before arrival dates in Indonesia by BANK TRANSFER. The balance must be paid in CASH (Rupiah) on your arrival date or pick up service.

CANCELLATIONS
We will charge 25% for cancellation fee from the amount that you sent if you sent cancellation a week after sending deposit payment.

RESPONSIBILITY
Java Exotica only acts as an agent for hotels, transport companies, carriers or contractors. We are not liable for any loss, injury or damage to any person or his property ; delay, or change in itinerary, which are beyond our control. We reserve the right to change or cancel a program with or without advance notice if it is in the best interest of all concerned.
